The Emergency Planning for Schools guide is the definitive resource for schools to reduce the likelihood and impact of an emergency; and to maintain service during and in the aftermath of an emergency.

The guide is updated periodically, with all links, information and references regularly checked for accuracy.  In addition, the emergency services and relevant government agencies and departments are trawled to ensure that as any new emergency occurs, the guide is dynamically updated with new ideas, advice, legislation and best practices.  If an important change is identified, the guide is updated dynamically, without waiting for the annual update.
